Our on-site kindergarten is handy for working mums who want to know their child is nearby and in safe hands. You can drop your little ones off at the kindergarten on the way to the work, but feel assured that they are within walking distance. Lavender Hall Kindergarten is set in a beautiful converted barn with a designated safe drop off point and is suitable from babies to children aged 5 years.

Our ten office units vary in size from 415 sq ft to 2,700 sq ft and we have ample space for staff and visitor parking. A speedy broadband internet facility is available and we have a recently upgraded local BT exchange. In addition there are nine industrial units or workshops ranging in size between 307 sq ft and 2800 square ft. We also have a storage facility for household and business use, with spaces from 60 sq ft available.


The Gattinetts is set in a rural location surrounded by countryside. The site is well looked after and kept neat and tidy all year round with an up-to-date maintenance programme. Although it is close to Colchester, by working in a rural location, you can benefit from a more peaceful working environment and also reduce your commute time by avoiding lengthy traffic queues travelling in and out of the town centre at peak times.


We are flexible in our terms of  rental agreements, which can benefit all sizes of companies. We offer three-year short leases, with a rolling break clause after the first year with three months’ advance notice. However, if you want a longer lease for extra peace of mind, we offer these up to ten years. Rent is paid in advance in quarterly payments, although if preferred, you can pay by monthly direct debit.
