Our 9 workshop units  range in size from between 307 square feet and 2800 square feet,  ideal for small businesses and start ups.  The old chicken sheds do have low ceilings however, so they are not suited to very large machinery.

We are hoping to refurbish Unit 3 in the autumn and this may present an opportunity to redesign the space for particular businesses.  Once plans are finalised, we will contact those on our waiting list first and see if we can meet any of their requirements.  If you need space to grow please contact us now and be among the first to find out about what we can do.
