The building work is complete and our new tenants are happily installed.  Here at the Gattinetts we have a wide range of businesses operating from site including everything from light industrial to studio offices.  We try and maintain a friendly, co-operative attitude on site, benefitting from each others trades and experiences.  This helps to make The Gattinetts a great place to base your business.

So if you’re looking for work space in the country, either workshops to rent or office space, then The Gattinetts Business Centre could be just what you’re looking for. Located conveniently between Ipswich and Colchester, The Gattinetts offers small offices for start-up businesses and larger units for companies with a few more employees as well as workshops. Just off the A12, The Gattinetts offers you the chance to work in the countryside with no more town centre traffic jams! We also offer secure storage space that can be used for business or personal use.  You need to be quick though!  Units don’t become available very often and they are snapped up fast.

On site there are 9 industrial units / workshops for rent ranging in size from between 307 square feet and 2800 square feet. The Gattinetts is a secure site, benefiting from a low crime rate compared to industrial areas in town. There is also good quality outside lighting and the entry gate is only accessed via key fob / intercom outside work hours.

You will usually need to provide your own adequate heating system for use in workshops / industrial units.

Here at The Gattinetts we offer secure storage space, which is convenient for people in the Ipswich / Colchester / Manningtree / East Bergholt area. Whether you require a lock-up for business equipment or somewhere to store furniture and personal belongings that have outgrown your house, we offer short term storage at very competitive rates.
