We've got a new roof on Unit Three!

Thanks to the glorious weather we have been able to refurbish the roof to Unit three without a hitch. The old weatherproof coating on the roof was coming off and we asked Permaseal to come up with a solution. Here's Anne and Wes on the roof discussing the finer points of finishing around the roof lights.

The solution permaseal come up with involved installing Kingspan insulation panels and overcladding with a continuous waterproof membrane. The finished product looks very neat and tidy and should lst the unit for another twenty years as well as provide a much needed layer of insulation.
