Just off the A12, The Gattinetts offers you the chance to work in the countryside with no more town centre traffic jams! We also offer secure storage space that can be used for business or personal use.
Office Space
In total we have around ten offices to rent ranging in size from 415 square feet to 2700 square feet. Renting office space at the Gattinetts has several benefits; it is a peaceful rural location with a nice community feel and instead of wasting time in daily traffic jams, work close to home and avoid both long traffic queues and hefty car park charges.
Rent at the Gattinetts is low in comparison to a town centre office location and short term leases are available (12 months minimum).
Office units generally come with storage heating or oil fired boilers.

Industrial Units / Workshops to Rent
On site there are 9 industrial units / workshops for rent ranging in size from between 307 square feet and 2800 square feet . The Gattinetts is a secure site, benefiting from a low crime rate compared to industrial areas of the town. Good quality outside lighting and security gates accessed via key fob / intercom and in use at all times.
You will need to provide your own adequate heating system for use in workshops / industrial units.
