The Gattinetts is a complex of industrial units and office space to let in East Bergholt on the Suffolk / Essex border. It is midway between the large towns of Ipswich and Colchester and close to the A12 for access to London.
On site there are about 20 units of various sizes including ten offices to let, nine workshops and a kindergarten. The offices range in size from 415 square feet to 2700 square feet . There are also various workshops / light industrial units – between 307 square feet and 2800 square feet and a number of storage units available.
